What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. On the AI Subscriptions form, also your team size and the models you are interested in.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps short technical logs (such as the page requested and the time) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange the call or follow-up you asked for.
• To keep a record of our conversation with your organisation.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone for their marketing.

Who can see it

Codemen staff who handle inquiries, and the service providers that run our website and email on our behalf, only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email info@codemen.com and we will reply.

This notice covers the website only. How data is handled inside the agents and systems we build for clients, including where it is stored, is set out in each client’s own agreement.
