AI Subscriptions · Early access

Own the memory. Rent the intelligence.

Claude, GPT, Gemini and other models in one AI workbench, invoiced in Bangladesh and managed in one place. Your company memory stays with you, so changing model never means starting again.

The AI workbench is in early access. We’ll confirm which models and plans are available to your organisation.

Why this exists

The model is rented. The knowledge is yours.

Most teams end up with scattered personal AI accounts, paid for on personal cards, with company knowledge pasted into places nobody can audit. A workbench subscription replaces that with one managed route to the models, and keeps what your organisation learns in a place it owns.

One local subscription

Invoiced in Bangladesh, supported from Dhaka. No foreign card, no expense claims from individuals.

One place for access

Add or remove people and choose which models each team can use, from a single gateway.

Usage you can show

See who used what. Logs are kept in Bangladesh for review, audit and cost control.

Memory that stays

Policies, decisions and past cases live in your company memory, in your environment, not inside any one provider.

How it works

Your people. A gateway. Then the model.

Everyone works in the AI workbench. Requests pass through an access gateway that applies your policy, records usage, and brings in your company memory, before reaching the model you chose through its provider’s API.

Own the memory

Change the model. Keep what you know.

Company memory holds decisions, policies and cases, links each to the one it replaced, and cites its sources. It sits in your environment, not inside a provider’s account. The platform is designed so that the model on top can change as better or cheaper ones appear. How memory works

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Something else? Ask an architect

Which models can we use?
The aim is one workbench that reaches Claude, GPT, Gemini and other models, chosen per team and per task. We’ll confirm which models and plans are available to your organisation when you request access.
Is this a ChatGPT or Claude account?
No. We don’t resell ChatGPT or Claude accounts. Your team uses the models inside Codemen’s AI workbench, which connects to each provider through its API. One subscription, without a separate account for each person.
Do the models run in Bangladesh?
No, and we don’t claim they do. Claude, GPT and Gemini run with their own providers. What stays in Bangladesh is your workbench subscription and local invoicing, the access gateway your people go through, the usage logs, and your company memory. Open-weight models can be hosted in-country as a dedicated project.
What is “own the memory, rent the intelligence”?
What your organisation knows is kept in your company memory, in your environment. The models are rented. When a better or cheaper model appears, the aim is that you switch the model, not your knowledge. This is how the platform is designed; we’ll tell you plainly what is available to you today.
Why not just buy accounts directly from the providers?
You can. The workbench adds what separate accounts don’t: one invoice in Bangladesh, one place to manage who has access, usage records you can show an auditor, and a memory that stays with you if you change model.
What does it cost?
We don’t publish prices on this page. Tell us your team size and the models you are interested in, and we’ll come back with what is available to your organisation.
Is it ready to use?
The AI workbench is in early access. We are onboarding organisations in turn, which is why this is a request rather than a sign-up button.
Can sensitive data be kept off outside models?
Yes. Outside model access is controlled by policy, per team, and every call goes through the gateway so it is recorded. For text that must not leave the country, an open model hosted in Bangladesh is the option to discuss.

Bring us one process.
We’ll show you it running.

A 30-minute call with a Codemen architect. Bring one business problem. We map the workflow, show where rules decide and where a person approves, and what it costs to run in Bangladesh.

Free. No slides unless you ask for them.
